Hi, my name is Efren Brito, after graduating in 2001 with my Masters in Electrical Engineering, I moved to Austin and immediately bought my first home.  Being in the “flip-it” city, I wasted no time in remodeling my new house on my own.  Being an engineer, I did what we do best:  read as much as you can about something before starting it.  Even though I bought every tiling and home construction book known to mankind, I learned really quickly that, “you can’t learn everything from a book!”  I have since then completely remodeled 5 houses and even built a bar at my family’s restaurant.  Follow the "Project LaFayette" link to see pictures of my most recent project.  Needless to say, real estate is my passion.
