I bought this property during one of the coldest winters on record for Austin; the weather and contractors presented numerous challenges.  My original plan was to complete this remodel from start to finish in 1 month.  I was on track to complete the remodel in 1 month, however, the stained concrete floors turned out to be a huge undertaking.  Once the floors were completed, progress resumed and the remodel was complete 1 month later for a 2 month total rennovation time.  Between my IBM job, my real estate job, and the remodel, I was truely delighted to complete this project.  Some of the updates include:  new exterior deck, new air ducts, new paint, 2 new windows, new shower, new glass block window, new toilets, new plumbing, new vanitys, new roof, tree felling, tons of gravel removel, new electrical wiring and switches, new sun tube, new kitchen sink, 5 1/4" baseboards, and last but not least, shiny new concrete stained floors.  Enjoy the pics.
