It was such a great experience working with Efren. He is very knowledgeable of the market as well as realtor agent's routines. He is patient and helpful when it comes to looking at houses after houses. During the negotiation process, he works for the interest of his clients instead of himself.  His passion in this field makes him a genuine and professional realtor than any other agent I have worked with before. Efren was an amazing estate agent!  We really valued his patience and advice.  We felt like Efren was really watching out for us and our best interest.  Unlike most real estate agents that are pushy and trying to sell you a more expensive house so that they can make larger commission, Efren was able to talk to us and figure out a comfortable price range for us to purchase our first house.  He was extremely patient and showed us a wide range of houses in a variety of neighborhoods.  He really accomodated our schedule and made himself available most weekends and evenings.  His knowledge of the Austin area is remarkable and we ended up finding our perfect house in a neighborhood we never initially considered.  Also he's great at pointing out any problems with a house and helping us think about resale for down the line. Also for houses that needed a little work he was able to give us a rough idea of how much it would cost to fix it based on his remodeling experience. He has a real eye for detail and noticed things that we never would have spotted. Not only did Efren set us up with a wonderful daily search but he always looked through the houses each morning and gave us his opinion on one's that we may want to consider. During the negotiation process Efren really fought hard for us and helped calm our nerves:)  His love for this industry is transparent and what makes him an amazing real estate agent.

We were looking for a house with the right combination of location, price and size to meet what we wanted in our first house. Efren helped us look at several new houses and developments and provided valuable insight into the pros and cons for each location. Once we picked the house we were interested in, he worked tirelessly to get us the best possible deal on the house. I never wanted to hire a realtor. I was pretty certain they just were not worth the money spent. This was true for the first 4 months of house hunting with my wife. Then we met Efren Brito. We already knew a lot about realty but we learned even more from Efren. He taught us about remodeling and accurately predicted the sales prices of homes that were both over and under valued (homes had looked at but didn’t want). I can’t speak enough about the degree of accuracy with which he predicted quick sales on homes, nor the slow to no sales of overpriced homes. Several months later we finally found what we’d been looking for and again Efren’s prediction on price and sale time were scarily accurate. Personality, knowledge, adaptability and willingness to teach his clients to help them better help themselves. I still don’t believe that all realtors are worth the money but I have ZERO doubt that Efren is one of the most important investments a buyer can make when looking for that new place to call home.
